Identify immediate and long term solutions

I identified opportunities instead of creating recommendations to align with
key stakeholders' preference for a collaborative approach to identifying solutions.

To meet key stakeholder's needs, I decided to do a workshop for a collaborative approach.

Outcomes

-
Partners shared that they wanted to see testimonials of current users on their experience using the platform. The CEO reached out to current partners and asked them to submit testimonials that are now on the talent online platform.
-
From the workshop one internal team member shared that it would be good to create a slack channel specifically for users to share their job search successes, so the #share-your-wins channel was created so users can feel motivated by what other shares. The Recruiter will be responsible for making sure the channel is regularly active by regularly posting on the channel and asking users how their job search is going.
