Your Task

You are joining a team that has spent the last 2 months conducting Discovery research. The team has shared with you the following set of user needs they identified during research:  

• I need to be able to access the website easily on my phone  

• I need to be able to report a change in my household to my caseworker  

• I need to be able to finish reporting my change within 5 minutes

• I need to be able to input information about a new household member that moved into my home such as name, age, sex, relationship to me, and date of move in

• I need to be able to input information about changes to my household’s income, assets, and expenses.

• I need to feel confident that my reported change has been successfully submitted
